All Sales Are Final

At Diet Moonlyte, we offer customized astrology readings, consultations, and digital products that are tailored specifically to each individual's birth data and personal preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our services and products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any of our services or products.

We dedicate significant resources and time to prepare each reading and product, ensuring they are personalized and relevant to each client. This policy is in place because once our service has been performed or our digital products have been delivered, they cannot be returned or reused.

Non-Refundable Deposits

For astrological readings and consultations that require an appointment:

  • Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
  • This policy is in place to compensate for the preparation and time allocated by our astrologers in anticipation of your consultation.

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least [24 hours] in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
